WHAT ARE THE NEXT STEPS :
After you have chosen your vacation accommodation, and took contact with me, you'll receive per e-mail a booking confirmation.
In the next 10 days you will receive:
- 3 copies of the rental agreement.
You'll have to return to me two of them with your signature.
- a travel guidance.
- the bank account from the landlord for a down payment of 30% of the total amount.
The rental takes place if:
- the tenant transfers the down payment before the ...(date of the rental agreement).
- the tenant returns the contract per post after he has dated and signed it before the ..(date of the rental agreement).
In any other case, the rent will be voided and the landlord shall make use of its accommodation at his convenience.
The rest of the rent will be paid on your arrival when you get the keys, and you will be received personally by the landlord or his representative.
