AREA: During the summer, La Rochelle is one of the most favourite area for the tourists. Its old city centre around the old seaport, the nearby modernized aquarium, its fine sand beaches, like the Concurrence Beach, are a few examples what you'll discover here. You'll enjoy the Ré island with its nice beaches and its lovely flowered villages. Châtelaillon-Plage, a pretty small seaside resort is only 5 km away, so rent without filching bicycles and simply go and discover this fabulous surrounding.

It is located between La Rochelle city center and the Ile de Ré (Re island). The area is very quiet and leafy, nevertheless, The Concurrence beach is only 1 km away and all amnenites are within walking distance (supermarkt, bakery...).
