the Region : Ile d'Yeu is located 12 miles from the Vendée coast und is well known for its unspoilt nature. It is the ideal for relaxing holidays...Expect long walks to discover the nature and the charming small island, afternoons on the beach, bikes rides...Ile d'Yeu is accessible from the continent via Fromentine harbour. There are shuttle boats several times a day during the high season. You can access the island with your car if you book well in advance, alternatively, you can live your car in Fromentine (parking available) and discover the island by foot or by bike.

The house : charming holiday cottage featuring the typical architecture of the houses on the Ile d'Yeu. It was renovated with charming details and is equipped to a high standard. It is ideal for several couples or large families. It is set in a beautifully landscaped garden in a very quiet area.

The main house features: large living room, separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 WC
The seperate bungalow is one large room with sleeping possibilities for 3 people, WC, bathroom.
both houses are joined by a large decked terrace ideal for long evenings outside.

No extra charge. Balance to be transfered 3 weeks before arrival
Safety deposit	500 €
