GENERAL DESCRIPTION
AREA: The Bay of Arcachon is located between oyster-farm and nautical activities, between seaside resort and birds protection area and is one of the most enjoyable tourist area of the Atlantic coast. Arcachon (12.000 inhab.) offers a lot of activities : the beach, 5 km sea front with shops, cafes and restaurants, which leads to the sailing port. Tennis-court, golf-course, horse-riding, cycle-path, trip on the bay and discovery the birds island, the "banc d'Arguin" and the small fishing-ports. On the top of the Pilat Dune (114m) you'll have a splendid panorama over the bay and the ocean.

APPARTEMENT: Apartment with small terrace on the ground floor of a house in the city centre of Arcachon. This apartment is quite because on the end of a private courtyard. From here have you only 500 m walk to the beach and you are near all shops and summer activities.

For one week starting Saturday 4.00pm until the next Saturday 10.00am, we charge:

Safety deposit	200,00 €
Final cleaning	will be carry out by the tenant. should the cleaning not be satisfying, an amount of 50 €will be deducted from the safety deposit.
